Drapeaux du migrateur Flutter (builtInKotlin, newDsl)

Ajoutés automatiquement par le migrateur. Le build Gradle reste cassé
(échec sur flutter_tools/gradle/build.gradle.kts) — ces drapeaux sont
conservés pour ne pas repartir de zéro à la prochaine tentative.
